I recommend this food
on cold days or chilly days
when I want to eat something warm.
INGREDIENT
(FOR 1 PERSON)
Crust of overcooked rice ( A bag of nurungji )
Some water ( 3 cups of water )
KITCHENWARE
pot ( small pot )
dipper
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
STEP 1
You don't have to cook rice.
You can buy nurungji and make it easy.
This bag contains a kilogram of nurungji.
If one person eats, he or she can eat 25 times more.

The nurungji is crispy and hard before cooking.

This is for one person

Prepare about two thirds of a mug.
If you are very hungry, prepare more.
But don't put in more than one mug.
There will be more than you can imagine.
STEP 2
Place nurungji in a pot and pour prepared water.

This pot is very special.
We call this yang-eun pot.
It makes the water boil fast.
It is surprisingly fast.
I think it's only used in Korea.
As you know, Koreans are impatient. ^^
STEP 3
Don't stir and just boil it.
You don't have to worry about remaining a lump.
If you leave it alone about 10 minutes, it blows up by itself
like this.
STEP 4
The nurungji with plenty of water tastes better.
Stir and add more water if you feel there is not enough water.
Three to one rice and water is enough.
STEP 5
Place soft crust of nurungji in bowl with a dipper.
Every grain of rice has softened.
It smells good.
